Summit Hill Holiday Lights Fund
The Summit Hill Holiday Lights Fund was established by Marlene Basiago, a resident of Summit Hill in Carbon County. In 2024, the Borough Council was made aware that the existing Holiday Lights in town were in poor condition. A committee of residents was formed to raise funds to replace the lights.
The funds we are requesting will be used for a crucial, one-time project-the purchase and installation of new lights in Summit Hill Borough. This is not a recurring need, but a unique opportunity to enhance our community. Â
If, for some reason, the project is not carried out and the Holiday Lights are not replaced, the funds may be used for other holiday community projects in Summit Hill.
