The Carbon County Community Foundation invites the community to join in celebrating a decade of local philanthropy at its 10-Year Anniversary Celebration on Friday, May 29, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton.
The evening promises to be a true celebration — think cocktail attire, great food, a silent auction, dancing, and a look back on a decade of community impact. Whether you’re coming with a partner, colleagues, or friends, it’s the perfect excuse for a fun night out in the Poconos.

“Ten years ago, we set out to build something lasting for Carbon County,” said Sharon Alexander, President of the Carbon County Community Foundation. “Our founders saw what we still see today: a community full of generous people ready to make a difference. They set out to build the vehicle that would make that possible, and the Carbon County Community Foundation was born. This celebration is for every donor, nonprofit partner, volunteer, and community leader who has been part of that journey. We hope everyone will join us.”
The Foundation also wanted to use this milestone moment to shine a light on others.
