St. Luke's Carbon Older Adult Compassionate Care Fund

Established by a gift from St. Luke’s Lehighton and Carbon campuses, the St. Luke’s Carbon Older Adults Compassionate Care Fund will provide grants to organizations in Carbon County that serve older adults in the community.

Programs/services that will be supported by the Fund will include organizations that provide the following services in the community:

  • Provide education or specialized training for individuals who assist or work with older adults
  • Provide transportation services for older adults to medical or social service appointments.
  • Provide nutrition services for older adults.
  • Provide other types/kinds of services that benefit older adults as approved by the Fund’s Advisory Committee
